Tri-County Towing specializes in private property towing services, also referred to as Private Property Impounding, and enforcement Towing. This is a Service for property owners and management, our towing license empowers them to easily and efficiently control parking problems, maintain fire lanes and handicap stalls as required by law, and eliminate abandoned and stored vehicles from their property.

We work with security services to patrol parking lots and inspect for parking permits. We have a tailored, mirror-hanging parking permit, which has the stall number for easy identificaiton by the parking lot inspectors. Our parking permit system is free from management administration labor, by transferring the maintenance of the parking permit vehicle assignment from management to the vehicle owner or driver.
